Sales Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overall understanding of INSIZIUM's activities;
  • Identify, qualify and quantify potential and/or existing opportunities and customers that represent a chance to increase business by generating sales and profit margin;
  • Ability to be self-reliant in the search of business leads and opportunities;
  • Grow the business- consistently add new customers, identify specific sale opportunities within customers and/or targets and determine which opportunities we should pursue;
  • Ability to close deals in an autonomous way;
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and key affiliations for the purpose of sales;
  • Lead negotiations with customer team executives to determine requirements and/or specifications that shape the deal;
  • Develop, lead, and direct the execution of product sales;
  • Perform effective presentations and oral proposal activities, negotiate, and close the sale directly with the buyer;
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers.
