BUSINESS CONCEPT

This consists of constructing a space that is appropriate for motorised sports. This type of infrastructure is necessary as there is nothing similar in the market currently.

OBJECTIVE

To support speed racing and the exhibition of tuned vehicles. These are motorised sports that are growing fast. Currently, in Portugal, they have more spectators than first division soccer games.

The meetings, organised without proper conditions in our country, receive 30,000 spectators per event paying €10 per person. In Europe, numbers of spectators reach 250,000 and in the United States these number are largely surpassed.

THE MARKET

The fans of speed practice "STREET RACING" due to a lack of venues. The organisers of meeting for tuned vehicles, "TUNING". also have problems in arranging venues with the correct characteristics for the event. An infrastructure of this type will solve many of the requirements and also encourage sponsorship.

The ideal area needed for locating this infrastructure is 1000m x 500m (50 hectares). The minimum would be 800m x 125m (10 hectares).
